Prepared for Cytidel
You asked us to map the outcomes you want to our skills, show who we have done it for, and give you a cost. Here it is, on one page. Everything in the right-hand column is built and live today.
Move from a sales-led motion to marketing-led demand on the channels your buyers live on (70 to 80% are on X): sponsored, InMail, lead-gen forms, social listening.
We co-design the channel plan, then build the ICP scoring, lead capture and source attribution, and surface the micro-influencers your buyers actually read. Paid buying sits with your team or a specialist.
We built Beachhut's own network-intelligence engine: an ICP scoring model, 305k messages analysed, 67% enriched, a priority re-engagement queue. Amplified a separate launch to 346k views through named AI micro-influencers.
Rank on Google and get cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude, building on the groundwork Gary has already done.
Ship the AEO substrate (llms.txt, bot allow-listing, JSON-LD, question-shaped answers), generate indexable pages from your data, and track citations weekly against named competitors.
A running AEO programme, not a slide: it scores whether a brand is cited and which competitor gets named instead. llms.txt and JSON-LD shipped across 20+ pages; 22,000+ structured pages generated programmatically.
A 360 redesign (brand, UX, lead engine) that is the first digital handshake, not an infographic. Your team holds the UX build.
We architect and project-manage it as a lead engine (IA, capture, tracking) in the context of the marketing; your team builds the front end. On infrastructure a security buyer's firewall trusts.
Shipped inferencehq.com, the Manna coverage dashboard (6,254 articles) and /live BD platforms, all on Cloudflare (chosen because corporate firewalls block others), with server-side analytics, capture forms and structured data.
Every lead captured, scored against your ICP and attributed to source. MQL volume, quality and channel attribution, investor-ready.
A live dashboard wired from week one: capture, ICP scoring, UTM source attribution, pipeline reporting. Every lead traced to where it came from.
A closed-loop attribution engine runs live for Beachhut, Inference and Manna today: per-recipient open, click and slide-level engagement, reply classification, per-contact scoring. Cytidel would be the first to point it explicitly at MQL generation.
You sit on a live feed of vulnerabilities and exploits, 51 days ahead of CISA. Make it content that earns attention, links and authority.
A recurring, ownable index built from your feed, classified and enriched at scale, published so search and the LLMs read it. The flagship data hook the trade press picks up.
We built Guinndex, Ireland's pint-price index, from nothing: 22,000+ pages, data gathered by an AI voice agent that phoned 3,000+ pubs, covered by Tech.eu. The same pattern built gasindex (170,000 US stations) and refined a UK on-trade dataset to 30,399 ICP-clean B2B leads.
The honest bit
Two things we will not overclaim. We have not yet booked an MQL-lift number for a marketing client: the instrumentation is built and running, and Cytidel would be the first to point it at MQL, measurable from week one. And cyber is a new sector for us. Everything in the proof column above is built and live today.
Boundaries, stated plainly. Paid and social ad buying: decided together in the opening workshop, executed by your team or a specialist. Website: we design and project-manage the redesign; your in-house team builds the front end, exactly as your SoW sets out.
The cost
Phase One: 12 weeks, UK, roughly two days a week (€24,000), reviewed at the phase gate. Phase Two: scale the proven playbook to the US. Exclusive of VAT. The paid decision is made in the opening workshop.
Who
Next
A scope-alignment workshop to confirm the market (UK, or Netherlands and Nordics), personas and MQL targets, then kick off. Decision by mid-July, start end of July, in step with your plan.
